About Us

Each item is hand-crafted, which means that the final product may vary slightly from what is pictured. As lovely and beautiful as wood is, most of our wood pieces are full of character and may contain imperfections (i.e. knots, dents, small cracks, etc.)  Wood also continues to change even after it is painted.  As much as we do our best to limit the visibility of knots, they may still come through a piece even once it is finished. 

Due to various monitor settings, colors may appear differently depending on your device. Please select your colors carefully, as once they are selected, they cannot be changed. We will email a proof of your item before the final layout is determined. Please make sure to check the proof carefully for correct wording, dates, colors, etc. Once you approve the final proof, we are not responsible for misspellings, incorrect dates, wording changes.

Due to the care and attention we give each and every sign, please allow 4 - 6 weeks (during busy periods, possibly longer and during less busy periods, possibly shorter) from the finalization of your order for your sign to be completed. If you need any order to be completed in under the 4 to 6 week timeframe, a $10 rush sign fee will be added to your entire order. All sales are final and we do not accept returns.

I really and truly love what I do and try to be as accommodating as possible!
